Tye Tribbett is a Grammy-winning gospel singer, songwriter, and choir director known for his energetic performances, innovative sound, and powerful messages of faith. Born on January 26, 1976, in Camden, New Jersey, Tribbett grew up in a musical family and began his career directing the choir Greater Anointing (G.A.), which he founded in the late 1990s.

Tribbett gained national attention with his debut album, Life (2004), followed by Victory Live! (2006), which featured the hit song “Victory.” His fusion of gospel, R&B, hip-hop, and rock created a fresh, contemporary sound that resonated with audiences of all ages.
